Elephant Family

The Asian elephant is a keystone species that contributes significantly to the balance of its surrounding ecosystem. But unless we act now, it will start dying out in the wild within only 50 years.

Mankind is the elephant's only threat. Our insatiable greed for land means we have pushed the wild populations into small pockets of forest. And we are closing in on these too. As a result, incidents of human-elephant conflict have escalated into daily battles with injury and death suffered on both sides.

The Asian elephant is a custodian of Asia's remaining forests. When we help Asian elephants, we save forests too.

By supporting elephant family, you become part of a vibrant team of committed individuals who want to secure a safe future for the wonderful Asian elephant and its environment.
